The man who started the cult of Emilia, He is the leader of the branch of Chastity. He wears a purple and white robe, the arms wrapping all around his body, trapping his arms to his body. The Authority of Chastity allows him to use psychic powers as to not touch anything, touching him results in him being sent into a berserk state and his authority's power is amplified.
